It does kind of bum me out that other markets are getting stuff like this and the pins while here in the US we'll probably get, like, a single postcard or something.

@Joeynator3000 It's weird to me, because North America is a bigger chunk of the games market than Europe. You'd figure North America would get the same or better treatment.

@Lizuka This preorder bonus is not free. It costs 10 additional euros, which is a lot for a foam and paper item. It will be shipped inside a big box. Those 10 extra bucks will cover the "free shipping" and I assume they will even make an extra buck or two out of each preorder.

@Liam_Doolan This isn't a pre-order bonus, this is a bundle offer. So it costs more to get it. The link even says 'bundle'.

The pre-order bonus is 3 double-sided rubber keychains of Mario, Goombella and Yoshi. That is what you get with the standard game.

oh come onnnnnn!! why make something so awesome but then limit it to being only in the europe?! Weve been getting stiffed for 10+ years at this point noa, please just let us get the cool stuff everyone else does! It cant be that hard, especially since it isn't like you guys are lacking the manpower or funds to organize this! We are asking you to LET US pay more money for the game just for some gosh dang paper! This would be a win for you guys more than anybody else involved!!

That's a really cool little diorama. I've played the game to death on Gamecube so won't be getting it but if I was I'd pay the extra to get this.

I'd also be tempted to add in Rawk Hawk and Ms Mouse figures as well.

This looks cool, but thankfully I’m over my ‘collecting tat’ stage and so just happy to get the game on its own.

(I’m not saying this is tat, it’s definitely one of the better bonuses you get these days. I’m just glad I no longer feel the need to have to collect all this limited edition ancillary stuff and I’m happy just getting the games on their own).

@K1LLEGAL looks like there was a sneaky update. Still refers to the stage as a bonus item though which is odd, it's not a bonus if you're paying extra for it, that's just a regular purchase.

They're really pulling out all the stops with this release! It's so nice to finally see that they're giving The Thousand-Year Door the respect and care it deserves. So much love is being put into something as simple as a pre-order bundle!

Pre-ordered, but I've gone digital too ^_^ greedy, I know, but I do want to play on the day of release as this is one of my favourite games of all time.

I got an email about this from Nintendo yesterday and preordered it then.
I have to say, I don't think I could ask for better merch of my favourite video game! Felt like I'd been waiting my entire life for this moment, lol.

It would be awesome if we got this. After all, the collector's edition of Bug Fables came with this kind of thing as well. I get the funny feeling our pre-order bonus won't be nearly as cool.

I would get it if it were in the U.S. I could import it I guess but that means I would have to wait longer to play the game lol shame but this is great for Europeans!

Would love to order this, but sadly Nintendo Norway (Bergsala) hates their customers, so it's not possible.

Was holding out on pre-ordering to see what the Nintendo store would offer, have to admit I'm a bit disappointed. While it's a clever idea not really sure what I'd do with it once I've built it... Think I'll go with the reduced price at ShopTo, which still comes with a couple of nice bonuses!

Oh mah lord. I was questioning whether I buy this game. I love Paper Mario (if that's not evident by my King of the Hill x Paper Mario collaboration icon) but I don't have a lot of appetite to spend $80 CAD on a game I've beaten many times.

However, that pre-order bonus appears to be quite nice. Curious if it comes to Canada...

@Joeynator3000 What's stopping you from printing them out yourself and creating your own stage? That's what this little box inspired me to do soon! Time to get creative!

In Australia, it's just paper sheets at JB, but you do get $11 off RRP, or if you pay full RRP at EB Games, you get a magnet sheet, which is nice and all, but I'd rather have the $11 off.

I can't wait till some benevolent European uploads a hi-rez scan of this (as well as the UK pre-order airplane)

Anyone who read NGC magazine (UK) back in the day might recall that they gave away a very similar diorama free with the issue which reviewed the game!
