Yes, it's coming tomorrow - along with a copy of hollow knight. I'll probably enjoy Showtime when I want something easy and relaxing, and the latter for something when I want more of a challenge.

I like the demo, so I'm hoping I'll get it. Though may wait a bit since my birthday is in a few weeks, and I want to see if I get the game as a gift before I decide to buy it.

My daughter and I played the demo and it's a fun game (even if it doesn't look too challenging for an old "pro" like myself).

Nope. The demo thankfully said what it needed to say. And it was a mumbling whisper that both irritated and bored the beejeebus out of me.

Still trying to decide. Might look around at early impressions then pick it up, I dunno. I've got a voucher sitting but if I use it I'll need to buy one for TTYD.

I will probably get this in July for my sisters birthday. She adores princesses (shocking I know) so being able to give her something she loves in a form I love (video games) will be great!

This is historically accurate, at least in Victorian England. Pink was originally seen as a boy's colour. It was seen as a younger version of masculine red, so it was often used for baby clothing. Somehow it changed over time and became more associated as a feminine colour. Hope that you enjoy the game! I love Yoshi and Kirby, so this one may sway me.

In a year where there seems to be very few big games being released on all platforms, I somehow already have a stacked lineup with Unicorn Overlord, Hifi Rush, and Eiyuden Chronicle on the way. I get the feeling Princess Peach is an ‘in emergency break glass’ game if the games dry up in the latter half of the year.

My 10yr old girl said she wants it, but the attention span on that kid is low, she'll be back on Minecraft a day later.

This game has a particular audience, I'm not part of it.

Very much not worth full price to me. Ill be keeping an eye out for a cheap used copy but I dont know if Id even pay $40 for it, although I was interested since the initial announcement. I did not enjoy the demo enough. Its certainly a childrens game and if I were a 6 year old girl my opinion might be different.

It seems way too easy, but if I had kids, I could. It's not the case lol. I'd rather get Unicorn Overlord now and Paper Mario next month.

@Joriss I beg to differ. Some stores will dump these games boxed after they won't sell. Deku Deals has been a tremendous help for me in this regard. I got Metroid Prime Remastered for only 20 euros. But yes, digital discounts won't go higher than 33%.

I haven't checked, but it should be downloaded on my daughter's Switch. She really enjoyed the demo, so I'm sure she'll have a great time with the game, just hope it's not too short.

I do love playing as Peach in Mario Party, but at the moment it seems a bit too easy and unsubstantial. If I find it for like half the price at some point I'll consider it because I do find the look charming and as a musical theatre geek, the theatre aspect appeals to me, but at the moment I'm way too busy with Octopath Traveller 2 anyway.

Yup but not immediately. I'm gonna a couple other games I've been working on first. Well, if I'm able to do so before Paper Mario comes in May. If not, then I'll get it whenever there's a lull in releases.

This is one of those games that I would pick up at a steep discount. Since this is a first party Nintendo game, I expect a 30% sale on Black Friday in 2037…

Nope, it wasn't polished as I wanted it to be. Felt cheap, had problems with framerate and doesn't look like it had much replayability.

I'm gonna wait for a steep sale or buy it used. I don't think the 90 CAD price tag is justified in any way. I did enjoy the demo though.

I'll probably buy the game eventually, but I'm waiting for a good while. Probably for a good sale. I did like the demo despite how easy it was, which is fine; I like challenge in my games (Ex: Metroid Dread), but I have no qualms with playing an easy romp sometimes. I primarily game to relax, after all.

I don't think this game will drop in price enough for me to be tempted. Also it's the kind of experience I'd enjoy more in casual co-op.

Found the swordfighter portion of the demo pretty tedious and basic.
The patisserie part was much more enjoyable even if simple.

I played the Forgotten Land and Unicorn Overlord demos this week as well and preferred both of those.

Preordered for my daughter (6 yo) who was hyped all the week, and she is enjoying it a lot! 🥰

I just read about how the director of Goemon 64 directed and produced this one. That marks my interest up significantly.

If it had a hard mode or if one was patched in I'd consider. I get that it's geared towards kids and I'm not the target audience though.

Imma let my kid sister play it first, and if it looks decent enough, I'll play it myself. That demo was rough, though.

I was looking forward to it, but the demo killed my interest in it. It just wasn't good enough in my opinion. Not compelling enough gameplay and pretty terrible performance.

It looks really good and I do like Princess Peach as a character. Will be waiting for a sale because I have so many other games I could be playing and buying games at launch is really not a financial priority for me right now.

Not for me honestly, so I'll be skipping the game. I did pick up both Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe and WarioWare Move It though as they were both on sale through the Walmart app. Not buying another game until Endless Ocean I don't think.

I still need to give the demo a go, so I'm thinking about it. I've heard that Etsunobu Ebisu directed and produced the game, which really catches my interest. I've always enjoyed the games he worked on.

I would say wait for sale, but I don't know. With Nintendo and the way their games are priced? I won't be surprised if I have to wait a long time for it to even be half off.

My kids came home from school with pizza, ice cream and Showtime waiting. We had an absolutely wonderful night and they can’t wait to play more tomorrow.

Just bought my niece a switch, pink joycons and a digital copy of this and mario 3D world/bowsers fury, oh and mario kart 8.

She was using her mum's switch for mario kart and wanted peach showtime.

My birthday is in 2 weeks, so I put it on my wishlist, but that was before the demo came out. I wasn't really a fan of it, so I don't think I'd buy I for myself... but if it was given to me, it seems like ~15 hours of enjoyment

With Dragon's Dogma 2, Rise of the Ronin, new FFXVI expansion, Stellar Blade etc, I doubt I will use the Switch at all this year.

No. I was curious but the videos I have seen didn't really impress me. Looked a bit unchallenging and gimmicky.
Not much time for games anyhow at the moment so probably for the better.

I hope to get it someday. I just don't have the money to throw around at this moment.
