If you're on a mission to collect every last Spirit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, you'll be pleased to know that another set of previously limited-time characters have now been made available permanently.
Back in October, upon the launch of Metroid Dread, three Spirits inspired by the game arrived in Smash for a handful of days. Samus (Metroid Dread), E.M.M.I, and Chozo Soldier were the chosen Spirits, all as part of the 'Spirits of Dread' event.
Now, you can get your hands on these three Spirits whenever you like via the Store, and you'll also see them return to the Spirit Board.
Have you been trying to collect 'em all? Did you miss out on these Spirits the first time around? Let us know in the usual place.

Still lowkey salty about Shin Megami Tensei V not having any spirits added in the game.
Another sign that support for the game, after three amazing (sans Byleth) years and a month, is going to be in the community's hands from now on.
@AlexSora89 I never ended up getting the DLC, but Byleth actually made me come closer than any other character.
I got the Samus one when released, but I'll fire up the game again some evening to this week to play a little
Does anyone know if the no more heroes 3 spirits are available yet? Missed the event and it's the only few spirits that I'm missing.
Are the Sakura Ones available yet?
Ah, the "Chozo Warrior" update! Finally, 1512/1512!!
Though I'm not sure if all spirits are now permanently available on SSBU on the Spirit Board or thereabouts. They should be by now.
I already have all the spirits and DLC. The only thing I don't have is that one Kingdom Hearts song that requires save data for Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory. I hope they eventually make that song available for everyone.
Would be awesome if they added more Spirits, such as ones for Pokémon BDSP, Advance Wars, Splatoon 3, Kirby and the Forgotten Land and so on. Ah well, it was a great run.
I have em all. All primaries are lvl 99. I even have two for the enhanceable ones
@Fantasia I heard you just need a save file for that game, so renting it from somewhere and starting a file should give you the song in Smash.
I might have gotten 1 of the spirits, during round one of circulation, or just seen it.
The Switch will be 5yrs old this March (2 months away). I hope Nintendo holds true to what they said at that investors' meeting a few years ago: keeping the Switch lifespan going far via different skus, and peripherals. Aside from the mobile phone games income, Nintendo now has only one hardware platform to make profit from. I'm enjoying my Switch, and have since I received it for Christmas a few years ago.
@hawkylr Just found Travis on my spirit board so they are available now as well
Getting all 1513 Spirits is pretty satisfying.
